ACCS Brain Imaging Workshop Series

The ACCS Biomedical Imaging Collections & Analysis Group has launched a new Brain Imaging webinar Series.

In 2022 different topics will be presented by brain imaging experts, aiming to enhance researchers’ performance using different tools and techniques, these webinars will be followed by workshops and hands-on sessions.

  • Working with sMRI data within CVL

Here we explored how researchers can use the Characterisation Virtual Laboratory (CVL) to achieve complex workflows for their analyses.

  • Machine Learning for Neuroimaging

For the second 2022 Brain Imaging Workshop, a number of experts in Machine Learning for Neuroimaging joined us to share their knowledge and expertise with the community.

  • ACCS at the Australasian Brain & Psychological Sciences Meeting

2-hour workshop (11am-1pm AEST) on Neuroimaging Applications on the CVL Platform (followed by a hands-on session) as part of the ABPS 2022 meeting.

  • Advanced Imaging Application on the CVL Platform

This comprehensive workshop focuses on advanced imaging applications on CVL in different MR modalities (structural MRI with spectral shape analysis in eigenmode analysis, diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) analysis, and resting-state functional MRI analysis)
