Network Performance Monitoring: What is it good for?

During this talk Chris Myers from AARNet and the Australian Characterisation Commons at Scale (ACCS) Project discussed the perfSONAR solution as used by the ACCS to inform facilities in near real-time of network performance and capacity to transfer data.
