ACCS Brain Imaging Series. Workshop on working with sMRI data within CVL.

  • online event Australia (map)

In this hands-on session, Dr Chao Suo (Monash University) builds on the theme of practical methods in analysing sMRI data using the CVL explored in the previous lecture. Participants will follow analysis pipelines using example data. Workshop attendees are also invited to BYO data and are welcome to ask Chao’s advice and guidance for their planned analyses.

Session information

During this session, workshop participants will log into the CVL@M3 node and complete workflows using example datasets.

No prior experience is needed to attend this workshop. The topics covered will suit researchers new to brain imaging processing, but will equally benefit experienced researchers who are unfamiliar with the CVL environment.

In order to participate, attendees must have an account to access CVL@M3.

This workshop will be limited to a maximum of 20 places. If there is demand, we are able to schedule further sessions on future dates.
